I think they do, but they're mostly tied to specific bank cards. So if you have an HDFC or ICICI card, you might get a pretty sweet discount. Otherwise, it's hit or miss. And you usually can't stack them.

From what I remember, the prices shown generally include taxes. You might see some small extras for things like seat selection or baggage if you add those on, but the base fare is usually what you expect.
